With more than 17 years of executive search experience, Fleming Jones focuses on senior management assignments for clients throughout greater Los Angeles, primarily for technology, consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing companies. Through his extensive leadership and executive search experience, Fleming helps CEOs and Boards of Directors build exceptional management teams. His clients know that executive level hiring decisions are their most critical, and they rely on Fleming to influence and shape those judgment calls.

Prior to co-founding FlemingMartin, Fleming was a Partner with one of the leading retained firms in Southern California, where he built the firm’s presence in the greater Los Angeles area. Previously, Fleming served as Vice President of the Robert W. Dingman Company, a boutique retained executive search firm, where he led searches for clients in industrial manufacturing, hospitality, and the non-profit arenas. Fleming began his executive search career as a consultant with a healthcare-focused firm.

Before he joined the executive search profession, Fleming was a Captain in the Army. A Ranger School graduate, Fleming led U.S. troops in Germany, served as the Aide-de-Camp to the American General in Berlin, and taught leadership and management at the University of Nebraska.

Fleming earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Currently, Fleming is active with numerous business, educational, and non-profit organizations including the Association of Corporate Growth, 101 Executive Alliance, National Human Resources Association, and West Point Society of Los Angeles. He also speaks regularly before the UCLA Anderson School of Management and other organizations.
