Mr. Van Wickle is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in transformational business situations including start-ups, turnarounds and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently he was the Chairman of Vitria Technology, a Business Process Management (BPM) software company; and for a 10 year period a director at Komag Incorporated, a disk media innovator and manufacturer, including audit committee and audit committee chairman assignments. He has been the CEO of two successful start-ups, and spent nearly 20 years working in Asia in senior management positions. He has also held senior leadership positions at Texas Instruments, Schlumberger, AT&T, Honeywell and Cypress Semiconductor. He is a graduate of Hobart College with a B.S. in Business and served as an officer in the United States Air Force.
