Ms. Carleton brings nearly 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition to Fitbit, with a focus in leading talent strategy and engineering recruiting for rapidly-scaling technology companies. Most recently, she directed the Executive Sourcing and Talent Management team at LinkedIn. Earlier in her career, Bev gained valuable experience in recruiting at Salesforce.com, Google, QuinStreet and Oracle, after studying Electronic Communications at the University of Kansas.
