April 14, 2014 – FlemingMartin is pleased to announce that Deluxe Entertainment Group has hired Maggie Williams as their new Executive Vice President of Human Resources.

Deluxe has changed dramatically over the past five years. It has transitioned from a supplier of traditional film processing and distribution to a complete provider of digital services and content, and it has grown significantly through major acquisitions. This dynamic change necessitates a strong Executive Vice President of Human Resources who can create a standardized people services system and culture throughout the organization, while still allowing and encouraging the creativity and local dynamism which makes Deluxe so powerful. This is where Maggie will be a strong asset.

Maggie comes to the Burbank-based company from American International Group, a leading national insurance company, where she was the Global Head of Talent Management and oversaw the launch and expansion of AIG’s global Employee Resource Groups, as well as their regional and global women’s forums. Prior roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at iCrossing and senior human resources roles at America West Airlines. She brings considerable experience and proven success in attracting and retaining top talent, while inspiring a culture of excellence.
