Ms. Urda brings excellent experience to Airbnb from her background in HR Technology, Operations and Analytics. She is a strategic leader who is passionate about building collaborative business relationships across organizations and has a tremendous depth of knowledge within the Workday platform.
Ms. Urda was most recently Yelp’s Senior Manager of People Operations Services, HRIS & People Analytics where she was in charge of leading the People Operations Services, HRIS, People Analytics and Global Mobility functions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Urda directed HRIS and HR Operations for Silicon Valley Bank, a US based high-tech commercial bank, and Charles Schwab, one of the largest banks and brokerage firms in the United States.
Ms. Urda received her BA in Business Administration and Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
